It’s a big deal to partner with a general contractor on something as expensive and personal as a major remodel, and Branch Brothers understands this. I’m a single, working mom, and I selected Branch Brothers to convert an over-the-garage game room into a revenue-generating, one-bedroom apartment. I am as satisfied with the the apartment as I am with the process of getting across the finish line with owner Yod and his team. I was especially pleased with the communication along the way. Yod is a good listener who quickly replied to my texts and calls even and showed attentiveness to my needs and concerns. I always felt like I mattered. The Branch Brothers crew built a master bedroom addition and did a kitchen remodel for us. Yod and the crew did wonderful work and were very easy to have around during the months of work. We are especially pleased with how the 70s kitchen remodel has turned out. Through all of the unexpected issues and inevitable delays, Yod was steady, reliable, and calm. We love our new spaces that Yod, Kyle, Troy, Jeff, Chuck, and Spencer created for us. Their attention to detail and attentiveness to our vision made living through construction all worth it as the end result is totally phenomenal! Our outdoor pavilion area is not only solving our decades long drainage issues, but has provided a sanctuary during COVID times, enabling us to spend time outside at a distance with friends and family. Our greenhouse is just an absolute dream and we learned so much through the process of working with Yod to build it. The crew also added a beautiful new entry to the front of our house as well and built us a new gate. They can do it all!
They built the framing and siding of our new home. His crew had great attitudes and great craftsmanship. Yod was on point from beginning to end. I am truly grateful for the integrity of their character and how they collaborated on getting the job done correctly, it showed in the end product. We are extremely happy with our results. We will be contracting out again with them for the building of our shop. With future projects after the shop, we would hire them in a heartbeat.

Yod and Crew, worked with us as a small business. They built the bathhouse for our beer garden from the ground up doing a fantastic job. They also did pavers and our beer deck seen in the photo's. Wouldn't change any of it. A+
We LOVE our totally remodelled vintage home built in 1925. From demolition to excavation to framing....it was an intriguing process with issues found & wisely dealt with with skill & enthusiasm. The Branch crew were so easy to have around: friendly, considerate, skilled and willing to listen and explain and then answer the many questions we had. Remodelling is not easy & I highly recommend discussing your project with Yod Branch. He listens, responds, and has amazing skill. His sub-contractors were craftsman and DOS designers created the right floor plan for our property and retirement years.
These guys are great. We have used them in a few remodel projects and found them to be very creative, great quality of work, caring and thoughtful about the projects, and open to listening to ideas and work with us to make it happen. Our last project consisted of raising a floor, completely replacing a stairway, and kitchen remodel. We are very pleased with the work, the new stairway is amazing.
