Getting Started With Your Remodel

Determine Your Goal
Determine the end goal you would like to achieve with your remodel (such as a bigger kitchen, open concept, etc.)

Dream & Research
Begin to research your design ideas. Compare costs between styles, features, and finishes.

Secure Funding
Apply for construction loans, ensure you have a plan for obtaining resources.

Architect & Designer
The next step is to begin working with an architect and designer to create plans. Your designer should also arrange for engineering and building permits.

Estimate
Once the plans are complete, and you have a rough idea about features and finishes (such as hardwood floors vs carpet, appliance, etc.), Branch Bros will create an estimate.

Refine Budget
Based on the estimate and budget goal, the design and finishes can be adapted to fit within your budget and goals.

Sign Contract
Finalize the design, which will determine the scope of work and allow us to create a contract for your project. Once the contract is signed, we... Get Started!
